I'm beginning a Dry Fasting Snake Diet Routine that will incorporate a Water Deficit to speed up weight loss. I'd like to see what weight I can get to by the time I get back to work on October 7th.
I will first start off with 48 hour fasts, but maybe increase depending on how I feel. I will eat/drink 1/4 of my total weight loss in the period to remain at a deficit.
I will be exercising during this period as well
